Renovation and Extension of a Californian Bungalow

Our client approached us with a vision to transform their outdated Californian bungalow into their forever home, blending timeless design with modern functionality. The goal was to breathe new life into the space while maintaining the charm of the original structure.

Collaborating closely with the architect, we reimagined the layout to better suit the needs of a growing family WITH PRE-TEENS. Key elements of the existing home were thoughtfully preserved, ensuring the renovation honored its heritage. The design emphasizes maximizing natural light, creating bright, airy interiors that seamlessly connect with the outdoors. The result is a beautiful, enduring home that perfectly balances tradition and contemporary living.
